Franck joined Vodacom Congo in 2013 as a Senior Manager of Credit Risk & Collections within the Finance Department. He is responsible for credit vetting acquisition, credit control, debt collection, and operational risk.
As a leadership role, Franck heads a division which generates multimillion USD yearly collection output. Since joining Vodacom Congo, he has exceeded collective expectation by redefining and restructuring work flows, which enabled Vodacom Congo to consistently meet or exceed payment turnaround times and enabled the company to more accurately forecast cash flow.
He developed and implemented a strategic risk and debt recovery plan for the postpaid Enterprise & Consumer market. He reduced fraud, anomalies, and improved the company’s ability to respond to customer enquiries by devising and introducing internal process controls for credit notes and payment in the cashbook.

Prior to 2009, Franck occupied operational roles within the financial industry in Europe at Ingram Micro and Watson Wyatt that covered all aspects of data analysis and risk efficiency.
Franck believes that integrity and trust in the industry is crucial in order to build sustainable growth. He sees integrity propagate a positive effect on the environment and trust supporting the economic development.
Franck holds a BA in Business Management specialized in International Trade from Greenwich University in London. Franck is a happily married man who enjoys basketball, fitness, graphic design, media and photography.
